Job Summary

A business services company has a current position open for a Telecommute Grants Administrator.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Manage the grants programs from the application review and selection process through the actual distribution of capital
  • Work directly with partners and internal stakeholders to review grant applications
  • Manage interaction with grant recipients to collect relevant information for distributions

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Executive-level presence, communication skills, professionalism, and relationship management, with external and internal partners
  • Experience with CRM, project management and collaboration software (Notion, Copper, Salesforce, G Suite, JIRA Trello, etc)
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment, is adaptable, versatile and detail-oriented
  • Strong Attention to Detail
  • Strong Project/Program Management Experience
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
