- 7+ years of experience in graphic design and creative leadership
- Strong sense for what makes a good story, and how design impacts storytelling
- Video production skills are a must
- Ability to balance strategy and execution and be equally comfortable with both
- Ability to gracefully receive feedback and rapidly adjust in a fast-paced environment
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
