Job Summary

A financial services company is in need of a Telecommute Group Benefit Operations Billing Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Manage the accounts receivables of a major block of group insurance business
  • Provide clear objectives, performance reviews and ongoing coaching and feedback
  • Make financial recommendations into the employee relations section of the budget

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Travel 10% of the time
  • Prior management experience and experience working within an accounts receivable
  • Must understand billing, payment reconciliation, cash flows, accounting and collection processes
  • Comfortable with change management, can effectively communicate and drive change
  • Strong excel skills such as pivot tables, vlookup formulas, etc
