Job Summary

A digital product design platform is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Growth Customer Success Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Identify areas for growth within existing accounts and close upsells
  • Manage the post-sale relationship with accounts
  • Deliver best practices for product design within different verticals and environments

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Travel on-site when needed, typically about 5-10% travel expected
  • Minimum of 1 year in a client-facing, post-sales role
  • Managed 150 or more accounts (or can demonstrate strong organizational skills)
  • Experience managing client renewal (or experience engaging with clients/ prospects)
  • Experience with end-users, evangelizing a product and driving adoption across multiple stakeholder groups
