A business solutions company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Growth Operations Leader.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Overseeing the interviewing and hiring of new team members as the team scales
- Creating playbooks and training modules for the successful development of growth skills
- Building revenue projections and aligning the team behind weekly and quarterly goals
Position Requirements Include:
- You must have a strong, analytical background in a STEM field
- Extensive experience interviewing candidates for analytical positions and a keen eye for talent
- You must be an extremely quick, strategic thinker with exceptional experience leading highly analytical teams
- Strong experience leading analytical teams at rapidly growing startups is required
- Experience leading the growth of teams from several members to several dozen members
- Experience guiding and executing functional specialization within teams
