Job Summary
A recruitment company is filling a position for a Telecommute H1B Visa Coordinator.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Tracking the status of H1B applications
- Helping research, analyze, and report on visa hiring statistics
- Managing relationships with external agencies, and processing invoices in collaboration with Accounting
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- You also will need to be willing and able to travel for initial training, and occasionally for team and/or client meetings
- A high school diploma is required
- Experience supporting H1B visa processes
- Strong keyboarding skills
- Solid technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and navigate from one system/application to another
- At least one year of experience as an HR assistant or recruiting assistant/coordinator, preferably in an RPO environment
