Job Summary

A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute HCM Solutions Technical Services Manager in Houston.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing a team of 3-5 technical resources, leads efforts to mature technical services
  • Delivering technical project management, manages project scope, timeline and budgets
  • Providing support for technical sales opportunities

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • This position will require travel to US client locations (25%)
  • 4+ years of technical integration / data migration for Oracle HCM required
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required
  • 3+ years of experience in supporting Oracle HCM Cloud implementation through full project lifecycle
  • Strong experience in Oracle SOA, Oracle B2B and EDI processing for various vendors and customer
  • 2+ years of Technical Project Manager / Technical Project Lead experience required
