A healthcare company has an open position for a Telecommute Health Benefit Plan Senior Underwriter.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Analyze health benefit plan characteristics and assess risks
  • Assess risks as to frequency and potential severity of losses of clients
  • Provide proper rating methodologies

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Math, Finance, Business, or related degree
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare underwriting for any variety of products
  • 1+ years of experience with Risk Management
  • Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Office suite
