Job Summary

A consulting company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Health Care Performance Improvement Advisor.

Must be able to:

  • Provide advisory oversight and support for onboarding of new clients or new services
  • Partner with clients to create a training plan that is based upon recommendations
  • Provide direction and education to clients on developing dashboards and advanced analytic reports

Qualifications for this position include:

  • PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology
  • Minimum years of experience required: 3 years to 5 years of work experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; Advanced knowledge of Excel and SPSS
  • Work experience in health care, consulting, human resources or related field
  • Directly related experience in consulting, project management, and/or performance improvement areas
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
