Job Summary

An online college needs applicants for an opening for a Virtual Health Professions Success Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Hiring and managing all Health Professions Success Staff
• Supporting all staff as they work with students to develop and demonstrate professional behaviors
• Managing long-term projects that ultimately support stakeholders

Position Requirements Include:

• 20% travel requirement
• Masters degree in health profession related field
• 3+ years supervisory experience
• 5 years teaching experience
• Must keep abreast of the current research in health profession education
• Must be knowledgeable about multiple theories of teaching
