A company that provides home health benefits management services for healthcare providers is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Healthcare Billing Customer Service Representative.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Researching, resolving & documenting patients/Providers inbound & outbound calls involving a wide range of issues
  • Handling various communication channels with providers, including inbound & outbound provider calls
  • Analyzing data & determining if claims processing guidelines have been followed correctly

Position Requirements Include:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1 year work experience
  • You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
  • Good computer skillsGreat communication and problem solving skills
