Job Summary
A company that provides home health benefits management services for healthcare providers is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Healthcare Billing Customer Service Representative.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Researching, resolving & documenting patients/Providers inbound & outbound calls involving a wide range of issues
- Handling various communication channels with providers, including inbound & outbound provider calls
- Analyzing data & determining if claims processing guidelines have been followed correctly
Position Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year work experience
- You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
