Job Summary

A healthcare company has an open position for a Telecommute Healthcare Client Service Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Ensure quick response and follow-up to client inquiries
  • Follow-up with client within 24 hours after issue resolution
  • Assist with eligibility management

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 25% travel
  • High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
  • Experience in the healthcare, managed care, or pharmaceutical industries
  • 2+ years experience in a PBM client management or call center supervisory role
  • 2+ years experience with pharmacy claims analysis and claims systems
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suites
