Job Summary
A healthcare company has an open position for a Telecommute Healthcare Client Service Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Ensure quick response and follow-up to client inquiries
- Follow-up with client within 24 hours after issue resolution
- Assist with eligibility management
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 25% travel
- High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
- Experience in the healthcare, managed care, or pharmaceutical industries
- 2+ years experience in a PBM client management or call center supervisory role
- 2+ years experience with pharmacy claims analysis and claims systems
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suites
