Job Summary

A healthcare company is in need of a Telecommute Healthcare Constituent Experience Capability Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Engage with key business stakeholders to define vision, strategy and roadmap for the capability
  • Identify and develop new and actionable insights into growth opportunities
  • Create, build, buy, or partner analysis in support of capability development

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Willing and able to travel up to 20%
  • Undergraduate degree in business, finance, computer science or other relevant field
  • 8+ years of experience influencing multi-disciplinary business units
  • 8+ years of experience leading teams in growth/innovation initiatives
  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role
  • Prior experience working with and influencing stakeholders to determine business strategy
