Job Summary
A health insurance and wellness company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Healthcare Consumer Experience Professional 2 Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Resolve escalated customer claims issues
- Research complex claims issues
- Support customer relationship management activities
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 - 5 years of consumer operations experience
- Experience making decisions and working independently with little supervision
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Programs including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access
- Ability to interpret assignments and understand department strategy
- Excellent time management skills
