Job Summary

A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Healthcare Coordinator in Miami.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Consulting with patients
  • Tracking the completion of referral and member adherence
  • Consulting with patients who have had an inpatient or ER discharge

Qualifications Include:
