A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Healthcare Customer Service Client Results Associate.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate a high level of customer experience to support the Agent community
  • Support the growth of the client business
  • Provide real-time support to Agents

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 1+ years of contact center/BPO experience or comparable customer service experience
  • Mastery of computer basics with an affinity towards technical systems
  • Functional proficiency in Microsoft products
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of work experience
