Job Summary

A business services company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Healthcare Customer Service Representative.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Talking to customers over the phone, email, online chat or social media to resolve their questions or concerns
  • Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing of credit card authorizations
  • Providing feedback reports on call issues related to downtime and/or training issues

Qualifications Include:

  • GED/high school diploma is required; resident of NC
  • Previous customer service experience in a call center setting
  • High speed internet access of speeds of 10+ mbps download and 3+ mbps upload
  • Ability to direct wire into your router (NO WIFI)
  • Stellar customer service skills – and an overwhelming desire to make lives better, one interaction at a time
