A business process outsourcing company is seeking a Telecommute Healthcare Customer Service Representative in Hattiesburg.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Connecting with customers via phone/email/chat/and or social media to resolve their questions or concerns
- Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate and upsell if required
- Tracking all call related information for auditing and reporting purposes
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 6 months customer service experience minimum
- Be proficient in PC operation and navigation and type 25 wpm
