A business process outsourcing company is seeking a Telecommute Healthcare Customer Service Representative in Hattiesburg.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Connecting with customers via phone/email/chat/and or social media to resolve their questions or concerns
  • Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate and upsell if required
  • Tracking all call related information for auditing and reporting purposes

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 6 months customer service experience minimum
  • Be proficient in PC operation and navigation and type 25 wpm
