Job Summary

A health services company is filling a position for a Telecommute Healthcare Economics Consultant.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Supporting data management and reporting and analytics nationally for a 20M Employer
• Providing medical and retail pharmacy claim and non-claim domain
• Performing comprehensive, detailed user acceptance testing of pre and post-migrated data history

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, actuarial science, statistics, biostatistics or similar
• 2+ years of experience developing and designing business intelligence tools i
• 2+ years of medical and retail pharmacy claims data analysis
• 2+ years of medical and retail pharmacy claims data analysis of disparate source systems
• 1+ years of hands-on computational problem-solving experience in a healthcare environment
• 1+ years of SAS and/or SQL programming experience with demonstrated expertise in data manipulation
