Job Summary
A global healthcare company has a current position open for a Telecommute Healthcare Economics Senior Director in Eden Prairie.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Focusing on codeveloping strategies in a heavily matrixed environment with business and analytics leaders to align analytics opportunities and innovation with the business unit’s vision and priorities
- Serving as a catalyst to build a coalition made up of analytics, business and IT leaders to drive bringing analytics initiatives to scale and success
- Defining and leading execution of next-generation Analytics roadmap to advance the manner by which Business Unit measures, evaluates and optimizes the impact of our solutions
Position Requirements Include:
- Willingness and ability to travel 15% of time on a sustained basis
- Bachelor’s degree
- 8+ years of experience leading teams and driving change management in complex organizations to support transformation and process improvement
- 8+ years of experience designing and implementing client analytical ecosystems that support big data aggregation, scalable content enrichments, insight and sophisticated content dissemination methodologies
- 8+ years of experience working in Management Consulting as a Senior Manager, Associate Partner for consulting; OR
- Senior Leadership experience at the Strategy, Director level or above within a large payer or provider organization or healthcare
