Job Summary

A healthcare technology solutions company is filling a position for a Telecommute Healthcare Enrollment Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

Host customer calls during project life cycle
Process claim/remit documents
Process payor follow-ups and website registrations

Position Requirements Include:

Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
1-2 years customer service experience
1+ years medical claim processing
6 months of experience leading customer-facing projects
Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, v look ups and other formulas.
