Job Summary
A major healthcare company has a current position open for a Telecommute Healthcare Finance Actuarial Consultant.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Analyzing and interpreting quantitative data to create and review monthly/quarterly and ad hoc exhibits
- Performing mathematical analyses and actuarial modeling
- Performing data mining and analysis that impacts foundational pricing of health care costs and risk assumptions
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of experience working in a corporate environment
- Currently on the Actuarial exam track, having passed 2 or more Actuarial exams
- Experience collecting, analyzing, and summarizing qualitative/quantitative data
- Expertise working with formulas, calculations, charts, graphs in MS Excel
