Job Summary
A managed healthcare and insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Healthcare Insurance Configuration Delivery Lead.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Creating and communicating weekly initiative status Configuration leadership
- Assisting in driving on time delivery of Configuration implementation team(s)
- Planning, and managing configuration delivery for USP initiatives and strategies with Configuration Leads
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5+ years of experience in matrixed environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience managing project plans and roadmaps
- Experience in building collaborative business and engineering partner relationships
- Proven negotiation skills including the ability to influence and gain acceptance from others
- Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely
