A privately held insurance wholesale broker and program manager has a current position open for a Telecommute Healthcare Liaison.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Independently reviewing and analyzing medical bills
- Reviewing bills to ensure that all steps have been taken to receive the largest negotiated discounts
- Obtaining signed settlement agreements from providers
Qualifications for this position include:
- High school diploma
- 3 years previous healthcare or insurance industry experience
- Strong computer skills in data entry, coding, and knowledge of Electronic Medical Record software
- Knowledge of medical terminology, ICD-10, CPT coding
