Job Summary
An affordable healthcare company is filling a position for a Telecommute Healthcare Member Services Representative in Las Vegas.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Answer participant and provider questions concerning various health plan benefits, claim status and eligibility of participants
- Log all conversation outcomes in the system in order to ensure an accurate record of the communication with participants and providers is archived
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Virtual/ remote position after initial training in Las Vegas, NV office.
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum one year customer service experience; preferably in the medical field
- Highly detail oriented, excellent problem solving skills, ability to consistently meet minimum production standards, and positive attitude towards staff and participants
- Extremely dependable and reliable; ability to adapt to change
