A healthcare company is filling a position for a Telecommute Healthcare Patient Advocate.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing and supportng member’s health care needs via phone conversations and technology
- Connecting members with professionals such as nutritionists, nurses and doctors
- Preparing members for appointments, procedures, and also providing efficient follow-up
Position Requirements Include:
- 1-2 years of clinical experience
- Experience in care coordination and care management
- Ability to quickly adapt to new processes, software changes and priorities
- Excellent ability to think creatively and proactively
- Medical Assistant Certification/Licensed Nursing Assistance considered with experience
