Job Summary

A healthcare company is filling a position for a Telecommute Healthcare Patient Advocate.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing and supportng member’s health care needs via phone conversations and technology
  • Connecting members with professionals such as nutritionists, nurses and doctors
  • Preparing members for appointments, procedures, and also providing efficient follow-up

Position Requirements Include:

  • 1-2 years of clinical experience
  • Experience in care coordination and care management
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new processes, software changes and priorities
  • Excellent ability to think creatively and proactively
  • Medical Assistant Certification/Licensed Nursing Assistance considered with experience
