Job Summary

A provider of digital services is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Healthcare Professionals Medical Editor in Fort Washington.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Copyediting, fact-checking, and proofreading content to ensure quality and scientific accuracy
• Creating and suggesting content changes for rewrites on articles
• Providing backup to other members of the Editorial department

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s degree and medical/scientific editing experience
• 3+ years of medical editing experience directed to healthcare professionals
• Must be familiar with editing several types of medical content
• Must be highly proficient with AMA Style, 10th edition
• Must have experience with non-clinical, medical lifestyle content
• Must be comfortable working in an online CMS, as well as with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
