Job Summary

A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Healthcare Quality Outreach Specialist II.

Must be able to:

  • Facilitate phone conversations to assess and engage people in programs
  • Adjust projects based on department priorities and to manage multiple projects at one time
  • Facilitate conversation and behavior change while document and navigate through system

Qualifications Include:

  • Minimum requirement is HS diploma, or equivalent
  • 2 years of related work experience
  • Experience in a customer service, call center, managed care or health care related corporate environment
  • Strong communications skills
  • Ability to seamlessly adjust projects based on department priorities and to manage multiple projects at one time
  • Ability to effectively facilitate phone conversations to assess and engage people in programs
