Job Summary

A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Healthcare Services Director in Long Beach.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Directing Nurse Advice Line Contact Center operations of outsourced vendors/partners
  • Implementing direction and performance standards for multiple lines of business
  • Managing and evaluating vendor in the performance of various clinical management activities

Position Requirements Include:

  • Travel to vendor locations quarterly (10-25% travel)
  • Completion of an accredited Registered Nurse (RN) Program or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • Minimum 7 years experience performing supervisory/management work
  • Experience with Contact Center operations
  • Experience managing professional staff in a clinical Nurse Advice Line Contact Center
  • Experience with the use of clinical protocols such as Schmitt-Thompson
