Job Summary
A managed healthcare and insurance company has an open position for a Telecommute Healthcare Technical Writer.
Must be able to:
- Write and edit internal web-based procedural material
- Review published materials and recommend revisions or changes in scope, format, and content
- Assist with interviewing subject matter experts to become familiar with applications and production methods
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High School Diploma/GED or
- 2+ years of Business or Technical Writing experience
- 1+ year Business or Technical Writing experience
- 1+ year experience with HTML & CSS
- 3+ years working knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (creating and editing word documents)
- 3+ years working knowledge in Excel (creating spreadsheets and formulas)
