Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Executing staffing strategies to provide a qualified and diverse candidate pool
- Posting jobs, pre-screening resumes and interviewing candidates
- Attending weekly meetings with recruiting team and hiring managers
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5+ years experience in full-cycle recruiting
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications
- Experience with behavioral-based interviewing
