Job Summary

A health care provider has a current position open for a Telecommute HEDIS Data Abstrator.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Review and abstraction of medical records
• Conduct electronic data entry into project specific computer software documentation system
• Document findings from electronic medical record systems in software documentation system

Required Skills:

• Previous HEDIS experience is preferred
• Bachelors' degree in a healthcare field or equivalent work experience preferred
• BSN or RN is preferred
• Must be adept at using various applications including spreadsheet, communicate by e-mail and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and cloud-based applications
• Strong attention to detail
