A staffing agency is in need of a Telecommute Help Desk Analyst I in Topeka.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting for internal customers
  • Communicating with all levels of employees, including technical and non-technical

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • This position will be working remote until work from home orders are lifted at Client
  • Associates Degree in a computer science-related field
  • 2 years recent experience in help desk operations
  • 2+ years using basic writing, effective communications, training, and technical reading skills
  • Skills in interpersonal relations, handling conflict, organizing, analyzing, planning, judgment, etc
