Job Summary

A health services company is filling a position for a Telecommute Help Desk Support.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal company
  • Engage timely response and resolution to Relias ticket
  • Participate in Knowledge Management process

Position Requirements Include:

  • Can provide administrative/organizational services supporting a national team operations
  • Able to operate in detail-oriented manner
  • Can maintain a well-organized work environment
  • Able to assist in ticket triage
  • Willingness to learn and implement basic Relias troubleshooting
  • Can document all interactions into the ticket tracking system
