Job Summary

A clinical healthcare support company is in need of a Telecommute Home Health Care Talent Acquisition Partner.

Must be able to:

• Build and maintain a strong internal network with key stakeholders
• Manage full cycle recruiting
• Engage and educate incoming candidates about our culture and values

Qualifications Include:

• Four year college degree
• Three years experience in high volume recruiting
• Experience with targeting sourcing techniques and platforms including, but not limited to LinkedIn, Indeed, Zip Recruiter, etc

• Ability to engage and educate incoming candidates about our culture and values
• Ability to build and maintain a strong internal network with key stakeholders
