A company that provides travel services is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Hotel Audit Desk Counselor Operations Analyst I.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Providing outstanding customer service to all clients
- Running and analyzing reports
- Assisting with hotel projects, including audits as necessary
Position Requirements Include:
- Minimum 5+ years of Customer Service experience
- Knowledge of Concur booking tool
- Strong background with international hotel bookings with VAT inclusions
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Must be flexible in schedule due to business needs
- Able to comply with telecommuting requirements
