A company that provides travel services is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Hotel Audit Desk Counselor Operations Analyst I.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Providing outstanding customer service to all clients
  • Running and analyzing reports
  • Assisting with hotel projects, including audits as necessary

Position Requirements Include:

  • Minimum 5+ years of Customer Service experience
  • Knowledge of Concur booking tool
  • Strong background with international hotel bookings with VAT inclusions
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Must be flexible in schedule due to business needs
  • Able to comply with telecommuting requirements
