Job Summary

A consumer goods company has a current position open for a Telecommute HR People Operations Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding
  • Liaise with legal counsel to create and manage employee and contractor agreements
  • Create Employee Handbooks, Policies & Procedures and Job Descriptions

Required Skills:

  • Direct experience in people operations (HR) at a startup or in the ecommerce industry
  • BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; MBA a plus
  • Proven track record of getting stuff done and leading teams
  • Proven ability of managing budgets in a similar role
  • In-depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles
  • Working knowledge of analyzing data and performance/operation metrics
