Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Participating regularly in professional activities and user forums
- Providing production support by monitoring departmental email requests
- Leading system improvements and maintenance
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree in Information systems or similar program
- 2 years of experience with modern technology and application support through education or practical experience
- Demonstrates thorough understanding of information technology fundamental tools and concepts
- Completes on-going training on-the-job, through courses, self-study, certifications and/or advanced degrees
- Highly driven and self-motivated to exceed expectations
- Ability to work independently and in a team-based environment
