Job Summary

A civil engineering firm is in need of a Telecommute HRIS Specialist in Kansas City.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support of HR information systems
• Analyze and make recommendations regarding system and process enhancements
• Oversee planning and execution of testing activities

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• General understanding of core HR processes and benefit vendor data requirements
• 3 years' experience with HRIS systems
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel pivot tables, macros and Vlookup
