Job Summary
A civil engineering firm is in need of a Telecommute HRIS Specialist in Kansas City.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support of HR information systems
- Analyze and make recommendations regarding system and process enhancements
- Oversee planning and execution of testing activities
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- General understanding of core HR processes and benefit vendor data requirements
- 3 years' experience with HRIS systems
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel pivot tables, macros and Vlookup
