Job Summary
An educational video production company is in need of a Telecommute Human resource Education Ops Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Serving as the liaison to our PEO, Co Advantage
- Tracking, monitoring, and communicating commission payments, compensation reports, compensation packages, and bonus structures
- Ensuring information is entered into our systems and maintained accurately for Payroll processing, HR reporting, and PTO tracking
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- BS/BA degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2+ years related work experience in Human Resources
- Experience with Benefits, Compensation, and Payroll processing and administration
- Experience in a role with multiple projects and competing demands
- Excellent customer service focus with attention to producing quality work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
