A software developer has an open position for a Telecommute Human Resource Generalist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Responding to and resolve employees’ HR related inquiries
- Completing new hire onboarding tasks to ensure new hires are set up for success
- Updating company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and maintain documentation and resources
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 2 to 3 years of HR generalist experience
- Hands on experience assisting with the implementation of new HR processes and procedures
- Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn HRIS and talent management systems
- Strong interest in compliance
