Job Summary

An HR solutions provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Human Resources Administrator.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Produce employee handbooks
  • Coordinate product enhancements with product marketing and engineering and policy language enhancements
  • Consult with Learn e-learning customers about training strategy and course options

Position Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field desired
  • At least three years' experience as a human resources generalist with experience creating company policies
  • Exceptional communications skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work with customers to set expectations for the handbook project work
  • Ability to work in a matrixed environment where team members report to project leaders for various products
