Job Summary
An HR solutions provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Human Resources Administrator.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Produce employee handbooks
- Coordinate product enhancements with product marketing and engineering and policy language enhancements
- Consult with Learn e-learning customers about training strategy and course options
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field desired
- At least three years' experience as a human resources generalist with experience creating company policies
- Exceptional communications skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work with customers to set expectations for the handbook project work
- Ability to work in a matrixed environment where team members report to project leaders for various products
