A staffing company is filling a position for a Telecommute Human Resources Advisor in Milwaukee.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Coaching end users through use of HR technology systems
- Partnering closely with centers of excellence to influence improvement in programs
- Providing guidance and resolution of HR issues
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Travel 10 % of the Time
- Experience supporting end-to-end HR offerings, LOA, Payroll, Benefits, etc
- 3+ years of HR generalist experience
- Adept at coaching people leaders and employees
- Comfortable with heavy use of technology
