Job Summary

A staffing firm is in need of a Telecommute Human Resources Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Support an initiative within the Compensation department
  • Provide detail analytics
  • Describe how trends and stats can be extracted from the data

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience handling duties as detailed above
  • Expert level knowledge of MS Excel and Access
  • Ability to provide executive level presentations surrounding data extrapolated
  • Previous experience working with HRIS systems is a huge plus
