Job Summary

A travel management company has a current position open for a Telecommute Human Resources and Development Vice President.

Must be able to:

  • Identify key hiring needs for the next 12-24 months
  • Research, design and implement a Performance Management System
  • Develop, implement, and manage HR generalist policies, procedures, and practices

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Annual conferences and FAM (familiarization) trips
  • Bachelor's degree in I/O Psychology, Organizational Development, Human Resources
  • 10 years' experience in human capital / human resources roles in a service industry
  • Demonstrable experience in building and fostering remote teams
