A travel management company has a current position open for a Telecommute Human Resources and Development Vice President.
Must be able to:
- Identify key hiring needs for the next 12-24 months
- Research, design and implement a Performance Management System
- Develop, implement, and manage HR generalist policies, procedures, and practices
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Annual conferences and FAM (familiarization) trips
- Bachelor's degree in I/O Psychology, Organizational Development, Human Resources
- 10 years' experience in human capital / human resources roles in a service industry
- Demonstrable experience in building and fostering remote teams
