Job Summary

An HR consulting firm is in need of a Telecommute Human Resources Assistant in Dallas.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing high-level administrative support to all members of the team
  • Using discretion and maintains confidentiality with all matters
  • Leading calendaring and the setup of calls, meetings and conference rooms

Required Skills:

  • Superb customer service and relationship building with both internal and external audiences
  • Bachelors degree required
  • Ideal candidate will have two to five years administrative experience
  • Ability to maintain organized even while multi-tasking
  • Desire and proactiveness to learn about our clients and their team
  • Strong work ethic, sound judgement, attention to detail, discipline, accountability and responsibility are all required
