Job Summary

A business process outsourcing company is filling a position for a Telecommute Human Resources Associate.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Acting as initial point of contact for employee requests and route them to the appropriate resource
  • Facilitating employee training including new hire orientations
  • Maintaining Employee data base and HRIS

Qualifications Include:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • 2-3 years of administrative experience with HR responsibilities
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient skills using Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, and HRIS and Recruiting applicant tracking systems
