Job Summary
A software-as-a-service company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Human Resources Business Partner.
Must be able to:
- Provide advice and counsel on various HR issues and challenges
- Partner with HR Directors on a multitude of HR initiatives and Go-to-market business objectives
- Build and run quarterly reporting dashboards
Qualifications for this position include:
- 3+ years of relevant professional business experience
- 1+ year as HR Generalist or Analyst supporting geographically distributed teams
- trong business acumen and demonstrated success driving business results
- Demonstrated Program/Project/Process Management skills and experiences
- Excellent communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills; including, Excel Spreadsheets and Dashboards
