Job Summary
A healthcare technology company has a current position open for a Telecommute Human Resources Business Partner Vice President.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop and coach senior leaders and managers to unleash their potential to drive their businesses and teams forward
- Act as the most senior escalation point for employee concerns
- Oversee all I9 compliance and immigration cases such as H1Bs, student visas, Green Cards, etc
Position Requirements Include:
- Degree related to Human Resources or equivalent years of experience as an HR Leader
- 8-10 years of HR experience with increasing seniority and a strong focus on employee relations
- Experience partnering at the CxO level, and working with senior leadership to empower, influence and drive change
- Experience building and developing a team of direct reports
