Job Summary

A home health and hospice care provider is in need of a Telecommute Human Resources Business Systems Analyst in Nashville.

Must be able to:

• Provide HR and Applicant Tracking systems support
• Maintain information in the HR Systems
• Configure and test system changes

Position Requirements Include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Sytems, Human Resources Management, Business Management, or related field preferred. PHR or SPHR certification preferred
• 3+ years Human Resources information systems experience
• 3+ years experience with PeopleSoft
• 3+ years experience with data integration and migration tools
• Extensive and expert knowledge of all employment related regulations
• Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels within the organization
