Job Summary
A home health and hospice care provider is in need of a Telecommute Human Resources Business Systems Analyst in Nashville.
Must be able to:
- Provide HR and Applicant Tracking systems support
- Maintain information in the HR Systems
- Configure and test system changes
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Sytems, Human Resources Management, Business Management, or related field preferred. PHR or SPHR certification preferred
- 3+ years Human Resources information systems experience
- 3+ years experience with PeopleSoft
- 3+ years experience with data integration and migration tools
- Extensive and expert knowledge of all employment related regulations
- Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels within the organization
